Her practice extends geographically, representing sellers in all markets in Sarasota County and buyers from almost every state and many other countries. The most important thing to Bev is that her successes are mostly from repeat business and referrals from satisfied customers. She prides herself on testimonials recognizing her listening skills and ability to hear customers’ priorities and translating those into successful transactions.
Prior to her 10-year career in real estate in Florida, she founded and managed a three office Human Resource consulting firm in Connecticut, providing training and consulting to major corporations and individuals throughout the country. Bev also has an MS in Counseling.
She has a history of giving back to the community through her volunteer experiences including as president of a homeowners’ association, board of directors for an international chorus association, board of directors for a regional real estate advisory group, board of directors for Diversity: The Voices of Sarasota and singing member of the same.
Bev also is an experienced golfer and very knowledgeable about golf/resort communities as well as many other markets and price points.
